As a fitness specialist I provide different variety of new workout as well as a specialized program that best fits you.
I am looking to improve the 4 key components in mobility, stability, strength and endurance.
My specialty is corrective exersise in how to show you to perform each workout the right way to maxamize the muscle contraction and so you dont get hurt.I currently work with people from ages 13 to 70.
I provide nutritional advice and motivation.
